MyCAA Yoga Teacher TrainingAura Wellness Center meets the standards of MyCAA, which stands for My Career Advancement Account. It provides up to a $4,000 scholarship to eligible U.S. military spouses, who are looking to pursue a certification or degree program.

Many military families are in frequent transition to different locations and posts, so this program, coupled with the ability to take a Yoga Teacher Training Online Course, is perfect! With an onsite instructor training, you are often limited to one school and one location, without the ability to continue your training in the case of a move. With a correspondence course, you can complete curriculum, which was originally taught onsite, from the comfort of your own home, and relocation does not matter with this type of training.

Aura has made every online Yoga teacher training curriculum from a course that has been run here, so you aren’t missing out on any information. The training has just been adapted to be self-paced, and taken anywhere.

Most of our courses have a syllabus that breaks down the lessons for a 2 – 4 month completion, however you can adjust that time to suit your learning needs and schedule.

With Aura, you can learn multiple styles of Yoga, such as Hatha, Restorative, Chair, Vinyasa, Power, Hot, Yin, Kids, and Prenatal and Postnatal. Level 3 courses are offered and covered as well, further addressing the Therapeutic Benefits of Yoga. We also offer Meditation, Yoga Anatomy, and specialized trainings.

The process starts with picking the course you would like to enroll in, obtaining an education plan (a letter to MyCAA, which outlines the course you are interested in), and sending that plan to your career coach at MyCAA for approval. After Aura gets the approval letter from MyCAA to enroll you in one of our online Yoga certification courses, we will ship your course.

You will be able to start immediately after getting your course materials.
