I wanted to thank you for all the help and support you've offered while I completed my Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training Course. The course content was excellent and covered a broad range of subjects, including the history and philosophy of Yoga, the asanas, alignment, modifications and also some practical advice on getting started as a Yoga Teacher. I had many questions over the course of my studies and really appreciated the swift, kind and detailed responses received from Dr Jerard. I put in a lot of hours and managed to complete my course in 6 months and have now almost completed my first series of Yoga classes here in Edinburgh, Scotland.
